The Wild Escape Summary
A project I had admired since it's conception, The Wild Escape was a UK-wide project, which inspired young people to find creatures in art and natural history collections and imagine the creature escaping from the museum to a new Wild World. I was lucky enough to be asked to curate a video to summarise the teams findings from running such a large scale project. We collected interviews from the team and from users such as teachers and volunteers at museums.
The narrative beautifully came together and it was mine and Hannahs job to create graphics to sit alongside the rich conversations that were happening, taking on the branding and style of The Wild Escape but still making it our own.
This video was presented at the Museum Next conference at the end of 2023. It was a pleasure to be a part of this project even if it was for a small time!
